Het uiterlijk was geen grote verrassing meer, want daags voor de onthulling lekten er enkele (onduidelijke) foto&#8217;s van het exterieur. Gelukkig hebben we nu de offici\u00eble foto&#8217;s en de benodigde technische informatie!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Het gaat hier echter wel om de specs voor de Amerikaanse markt, maar het geeft een goed inzicht van wat de Europese Subaru-liefhebbers in het verschiet hebben. &#8216;Verfijning&#8217; is het steekwoord dat op de nieuwe Legacy van toepassing is. Daarvoor moet je de auto toch in levenden lijve in het daglicht zien. Dat zal voorlopig nog wel even duren, want Subaru Benelux heeft nog geen offici\u00eble mededeling gedaan over de komst van de 2015 Legacy naar ons continent. Opvallend is de grote grille met een kloek Subaru-logo er in. Anoniem kun je &#8216;m niet noemen, want dit is overduidelijk een Subaru. De lijn van de led-dagrijverlichting is ook terug te vinden in de achterlichten. Ook de kofferruimte is gegroeid, en dat is opvallend te noemen omdat de Legacy in de VS standaard met vierwielaandrijving wordt geleverd. De achteras neemt daardoor meer ruimte in beslag, maar dat is dus niet ten koste gegaan van het laadvolume. Het dashboard is strak van snit, in het instrumentencluster zit altijd een 3,5 inch display voor de boordcomputer. Legacy&#8217;s die zijn uitgerust met EyeSight krijgen een 5 inch beeldscherm mee. EyeSight is een bestuurders-assistent die middels een camera ter hoogte van de binnenspiegel continu met de bestuurder meekijkt. EyeSight waakt over de afstand tot de voorligger (adaptieve cruise control), houdt de wegbelijning in de gaten (lane departure) en doet remingrepen als een botsing onvermijdelijk
