De Nissan Qashqai e-Power is officieel onthuld, de Qashqai met unieke – en revolutionaire – aandrijflijn staat binnenkort bij de dealers. Nissan heeft alle technische feite, cijfer en prijzen bekendgemaakt. De e-Power aandrijflijn is uniek in autoland, en wel om twee redenen: in de eerste plaats omdat de motor een variabele compressieverhouding heeft, en in de tweede plaats omdat een reguliere transmissie volledig is komen te vervallen. Dat betekent dat de motor in theorie zeer zuinig zou moeten rijden en dat de aandrijfverliezen sterk beperkt worden. In Japan is de Note e-Power de bestverkopende auto van Nissan op dit moment, maar deze uitvoering beschikt niet over een motor met variabele compressie. De Qashqai e-Power is de eerste auto die met deze revolutionaire techniek op de Europese markt verschijnt. Laten we eerst de prestaties en de belangrijkste cijfers eens op een rijtje zetten:<\/p>\n

Vermogen: 140 kW<\/p>\n

Max. koppel verbrandingsmotor: 250 Nm<\/p>\n

Max. koppel elektromotor: 330 Nm<\/p>\n

Gecombineerde CO2<\/sub>-emissie (WLTP): 119-123 g\/km<\/p>\n

Gecombineerd brandstofverbruik (WLTP): 5,3-5,4 l\/100 km<\/p>\n

Rijklaar gewicht: 1.612-1.728 kg<\/p>\n

Topsnelheid: 170 km\/uur<\/p>\n

Acceleratie 0-100 km\/uur: 7,9 s<\/p>\n

Het opgegeven vermogen is niet het gecombineerde vermogen van de benzine- en elektromotor, de 140 kilowatt is het maximale vermogen van de elektromotor. Wat verder opvalt is dat de Qashqai redelijk zwaar is en dat het verbruik erg conservatief wordt geschat. Ik had een opgegeven verbruik van rond de 5 liter per 100 kilometer verwacht, maar een rijtest zal uitwijzen wat de Qashqai e-Power er in de Nederlandse praktijk van bakt.<\/p>\n

De verbrandingsmotor kan de compressie vari\u00ebren tussen de 8:1 tot 14:1. Bij rijden op constante snelheid en bij een volledig opgeladen accu zal de motor met maximale compressie draaien, omwille van de effici\u00ebncy. Wordt er veel vermogen gevraagd, dan wordt de compressieverhouding verlaagd zodat de turbodruk opgevoerd kan worden – in dat geval zal de motor maximaal vermogen leveren. Tussen beide uitersten kan de compressieverhouding volledige gevarieerd worden.<\/p>\n

Linear Tune – samenwerking tussen beide motoren<\/h2>\n

De Nissan-engineers hebben zeer veel tijd gespendeerd aan de afstemming van alle variabelen (en dat zijn er nogal wat) zodat de motoren soepel en vloeiend samenwerken. Daarbij was de betrokkenheid van de bestuurder een belangrijk ijkpunt, indachtig Jinba Ittai<\/em>\u00a0 van Mazda. De bestuurder moest maximaal verbonden zijn met de techniek en de auto, ondanks het feit dat er een heleboel elektronica en software tussen de bestuurder en de auto geplaatst is. Nissan noemt dit ‘Linear Tune’. De techniek is zodanig afgesteld dat het motorgeluid en toerental overeenkomen met de gaspedaalinput, de acceleratie en de rijsnelheid.<\/p>\n

Omdat de Qashqai e-Power in principe een elektrische auto is – de elektromotor drijft de wielen aan – beschikt hij ook over Nissan’s e-Pedal voor het rijden met een pedaal. Omdat niet elke bestuurder dit prettig vind, maar ook omdat het niet onder alle omstandigheden prettig is, kan het systeem met een knop in- of uitgeschakeld worden. Wanneer het systeem wel ingeschakeld is, dan worden de remlichten geactiveerd zodra de vertraging groter is dan 0,2 g. Bij het loslaten van het e-Pedal kan de auto tot stilstand afremmen.<\/p>\n

De Qashqai e-Power is leverbaar vanaf \u20ac 43.790 voor de N-Connecta, de Tekna kost \u20ac 45.890. De Tekna Plus is de topuitvoering van de Qashqai e-Power, deze kost precies evenveel als de eerder geteste Mild Hybrid X-Tronic<\/a>: \u20ac 49.390.<\/p>\n
