Toyota&#8217;s compacte bedrijfsauto \/ MPV heeft een 50 kWh accupakket en een 100 kW sterke elektromotor, de actieradius volgens WLTP bedraagt 260 tot 280 kilometer.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De vraag naar elektrische bedrijfswagens heeft een vlucht genomen, na de introductie van de Proace Electric heeft Toyota nu de komst van de Proace City en Proace Verso aangekondigd. De Li-ion accu wordt onder de laadvloer gemonteerd en kan geladen worden via een driefasen 11kW boordlader. Het volledig opladen van de accu kost maximaal vijf uur. De Proace City kan ook aan de snellader opgeladen worden, vanaf 30% state of charge tot 80% opladen kost dan een half uur. Ook de kleine Proace is voorzien van connected technologi\u00ebn waarmee het laadproces via een app gecontroleerd kan worden. De accu is voorzien van een geavanceerd koel- en verarmingssysteem om de laadsnelheid, accubelasting en actieradius bij koud weer stabiel te houden. Het laadvolume van de langste variant is 3,9 kubieke meter. Het grootste laadvermogen biedt de korte variant: 800 kilo, de langere versie mag 750 kilo meenemen. De bedrijfsauto-uitvoering is naar keuze leverbaar met twee voorstoelen of een bestuurdersstoel en een duo-passagiersbank. Mooie materialen, veel praktische vakjes en bakjes, en zelfs een Head-up display is mogelijk. Een opvallend element op de middenconsole is de zogenoemde &#8216;e-Toggle&#8217; schakelaar, hiermee wordt de rijstand van de Proace geselecteerd. De bestuurder kan ook voor de B-modus kiezen, hierbij regenereert de motor sterker en is <em>one pedal driving<\/em> mogelijk. Daarnaast kan er voor verschillende rijmodi gekozen worden. De Proace City Electric gaat van start in de Normal modus, maar om de accu te sparen kan de bestuurder ook kiezen voor de Eco-stand. Hierbij wordt het motorvermogen gereduceerd tot 60 kW (82 pk) en het koppel beperkt tot 180 Nm. In de overige rijmodi levert de motor de volle 136 pk en 260 Nm aan koppel.
