Elf jaar later werd de miljoenste hybride Lexus geleverd. De gelukkige eigenaar is een Milanees die een nieuwe NX 300h aanschafte. Lexus kan met recht de pionier van hybrides in het premium-segment genoemd worden, zeker in Nederland. Ruim 90 procent van alle verkochte Lexussen in Nederland is een hybride.<!--more-->Europa is, na Noord-Amerika, de belangrijkste afzetmarkt van Lexus. Meer dan 64 procent van alle Lexussen die in Europa verkocht worden, is hybride. In West-Europa is dat maar liefst 95 procent. In Nederland, met zijn afwijkende belastingklimaat, is de hybride altijd al populair geweest. Lexus heeft in ons land meer dan 14.000 hybrides verkocht, een belangrijk deel daarvan komt op het conto van de CT. Begin volgend jaar komt daar de spraakmakende <a href=\"http:\/\/carnold.nl\/en\/wow-de-lexus-lc-500\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LC 500h<\/a> bij, de nieuwe <em>top of the range<\/em> sportcoup\u00e9.
