Inmiddels zijn er 1500 probleemloze kilometers onder de nieuwe bandjes doorgerold, waarvan 500 op een dag. De techniek van de Sunny is feitelijk helemaal op orde, nu is het tijd om aan de slag te gaan met de cosmetische kant van het project. Althans, dat dacht ik. Want gister openbaarde zich een onverwacht defect&#8230;<!--more-->Tijdens een regenbui (ja, het is niet uitsluitend een mooi weer auto) werd het zicht in de binnenspiegel erg slecht, het inschakelen van de achterruitwisser hielp weinig omdat het blad van de wisser nodig aan vervanging toe is. Een straaltje ruitenwisservloeistof wil nog wel eens helpen in die gevallen, maar helaas: hoe vaak ik ook op de sproeierknop drukte, er kwam geen spat water uit de sproeier. Vandaag ben ik op zoek gegaan naar de oorzaak en heb van twee noden en deugd gemaakt.<\/p>\n<p>De ruitenwisservloeistoftank is voor het rechter voorwiel gemonteerd, achter het binnenscherm van de wielkast. Normaalgesproken is de tank lastig te bereiken omdat er ook nog een bumpersteun voor zit. Maar die steun ontbreekt bij mijn Sunny: doorgeroest.<br \/>\nNa het losdraaien van twee bouten en twee pluggen kon ik het binnenscherm voldoende wegbuigen zodat de sproeiermotortjes bereikbaar waren. Het achterste motortje is van de achterste sproeier (mooie logica, nietwaar?), je verwijdert het motortje door het gewoon uit de aansluiting op de ruitenwisservloeistoftank te trekken. Uiteraard moet je een opvangbakje niet vergeten, er gaat 5 liter vloeistof in dat tankje.<\/p>\n<p>Maar het verwijderen van het motortje is stap twee. Stap een is het testen van de elektrische verbinding: krijg het motortje wel spanning? Even de multimeter aansluiten en de sproeierschakelaar ingedrukt houden met een kleine schroevendraaier geeft antwoord. In dit geval bleek de verbinding in orde te zijn: er kwam een dikke 12 volt aan bij het stekkertje. Er zat een beetje groene aanslag op de aandrijfkant van het pomphuis, maar dat was alles. Het motortje draaide vrij rond, zonder bijgeluiden. Zoals wel vaker helpt het om de boel gewoon een keer uitelkaar te halen en weer inelkaar te zetten. Zo gezegd, zo gedaan. Nadat ik het motortje weer gemonteerd had, heb ik &#8216;m aangesloten en getest. En wat denk je: hij werkt weer! Dus heb ik het motortje weer gemonteerd en de tank gevuld. Dit is niets meer of minder dan een stuk buis met platte uiteinden die onder een hoek staan. Ik zal hier later nog even een fotootje van maken.<\/p>\n<p>Daarna ben ik nog even bezig geweest met de speakers in de voordeuren.
