Tot dusverre bestond deze uit de GS 300h en de GS 450h. Fijne hybrides, maar wellicht een beetje te flauw voor de sportieve automobilist. Daar zal de GS F geen last van hebben. De atmosferische vijfliter V8 levert 477 pk en 527 Nm (voorlopige cijfers), dit vermogen wordt via Lexus&#8217; Torque Vectoring Differential naar de achterwielen gestuurd. Dit is standaard op alle versies van de GS F. Het onderstel is voor de F-versie opnieuw ontworpen, naar eigen zeggen is het resultaat een &#8216;verbluffend rijdende auto&#8217;. Met de GS F is het fijn cruisen op Autobahntempo, maar het bijt zich ook met grote gretigheid vast in kronkelende bergpassen. En wie zijn wij om daar aan te twijfelen?
