Zoals gebruikelijk bij Toyota worden nieuwe modellen met een tijdelijke topversie ge\u00efntroduceerd. In het geval van de C-HR was dat de Premi\u00e8re Edition, en die wordt nu permanent vervangen door de Premium. De Premium heeft mooiere materialen en een iets andere afwerking dan de lagere uitrustingniveaus. Ook is de Premium leverbaar in BiTone+ kleurstelling. Hierbij worden de sierstrippen in de grille en bumpers afgestemd op de lakkleur van de auto. In het interieur krijgt de Premium synthetisch leer en een grote hoeveelheid su\u00e8de, daarmee wordt het interieur naar een nog hoger niveau getild. De deurpanelen zijn rijkelijk met dit zachte materiaal bekleed en afgewerkt met bordeauxrode accenten. De Premium heeft een panoramadak met speciaal thermisch glas dat de auto &#8217;s winters warm en &#8217;s zomers koel houdt. Ook biedt dit glazen dak drie centimeter extra hoofdruimte.
