Deze uitvoering vormt de <em>entry level<\/em> Lexus RZ, hij is alleen leverbaar met voorwielaandrijving en heeft een 64 kWh accupakket. De Comfort Line is zoals het een Lexus betaamt riant uitgerust: Centraal in het interieur staat het Lexus Link Connect multimediasysteem met 14 inch beeldscherm, cloud based navigatie, \u201cHey Lexus!\u201d-spraakbesturing, Lexus Premium audiosysteem met 10 speakers, USB-C-aansluitingen voor- en achterin en een draadloze telefoonlader. Deze versie kost \u20ac 64.495 en beschikt standaard over Ultra Suede stoelbekleding, die in drie kleuren leverbaar is. Met stoelverwarming voor en achter, stoelventilatie voor de voorstoelen en de energie-effici\u00ebnte infraroodverwarming voor de bestuurder en voorpassagier is het comfort van topklasse. Voor muziekliefhebbers biedt de President Line standaard(!) het Mark Levinson Premium Surround Sound System met 13 speakers. Parkeren gaat gemakkelijk met Intelligent Park Assist en de Parkeerhulpcamera met Panoramic View Monitor.
